Making the complex clear, and the technical… Human.

Hey there 👋🏼.

I’m Jack, a Content Designer and Strategist based in New York City.

I’m currently working full-time on a UX team at Google via IBM Consulting, where I lead content design for enterprise workforce products. I own everything in the content pipeline, from defining product terms and drafting UX copy to creating AI-enhanced tools for teams.

My path here ran through advertising agencies, editorial work in magazines, and technology consulting; I learned how to switch between voices without sacrificing quality, to treat content as systematic rather than cosmetic, and to define strong design in ambiguity. Whether I’m driving content alignment across teams or creating prompt libraries for AI systems, the goal is the same: to bridge the gap between technical language and innately human needs.

The Background: I’m a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, holding degrees in Advertising & Public Relations and Political Science.

Offline: When I’m not working with words, you can find me playing just about any sport available, reading, or working on my (increasingly less terrible-sounding) guitar skills.
